He stated that Vande Mataram, derived from Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay’s novel ‘Ananda Math’, played a crucial role in awakening the nation’s consciousness during the freedom struggle.highlighted the British rulers’ ban on Vande Mataram as proof of the song’s power and influence. He urged citizens to join the year-long celebration, which includes collective singing, cultural events, and awareness programs, to promote patriotism among youth and students.The Chief Minister emphasized that Vande Mataram rekindles the fire of patriotism, essential for India’s progress, regardless of language, religion, or region. He encouraged participation in programs across districts, schools, colleges, and organizations, aiming to spread the glory of Mother India worldwide.
