Bhubaneswar: As many as 60,242 e-challans were issued by the authorities in Odisha for traffic violations, second day of the ‘Zero Fatality Week’ campaign aimed at curbing road accidents and fatalities, the State Transport Authority (STA) said on Thursday.The enforcement drive saw helmet violations account for the highest number of challans, with 33,061 motorists penalised for riding without helmets on the second day of the campaign on Wednesday
