The indefinite protest launched by journalists demanding justice for Ishtiyaq Ahmad will continue tomorrow as well. Journalists participating in the sit-in have appealed to all media colleagues to reach the protest site at 12 noon and show unity to strengthen the movement.
The protest is being organized under the leadership of the Press Club Kaushambi. The programme is being guided by Patron Ramesh Chandra Akela and led by President Brajesh Gautam, with a large number of journalists gathering on one platform to raise their voices in support of their colleague.

Protesting journalists stated that the agitation will continue until justice is delivered to Ishtiyaq Ahmad. Speakers emphasized that this fight is not for an individual alone but for the dignity, safety, and freedom of the entire journalist community.

Representatives of various journalist organizations have urged media professionals across the district to participate in large numbers and make this democratic movement historic. Several speakers are scheduled to address the gathering tomorrow, and future strategies will also be discussed in detail.
