The program was presided over by Principal Debasrita Biswal. Notable guests included Pradeep Kumar Nayak, principal of Mayurbhanj College of Accountancy and Management; Sanghamitra Rout, Vice-principal ; and Sunil Kumar Jena, former Principal of Rairangpur College and a renowned lyricist and actor.
The guests and students enjoyed a traditional Odia meal featuring pakhala, a fermented rice dish, and other local delicacies. The event aimed to promote the cultural significance and health benefits of pakhala.
Teachers and students discussed the importance of observing World Pakhala Day and its relevance to Odia culture. The event was also attended by faculty members from Maharshi International Public School.
Principal Debasrita Biswal thanked the staff and students for their participation, contributing to the event’s success.
