Radio commentators should be recognized as journalists

General meeting of Warangal Radio Journalist Association was held in Hanumakonda public garden. President of Warangal Radio Journalist Associatio n Mote Chiranjeevi was present as the chief guest and said that casual announ cers and casual commentators like those working in airwaves should be recognized as journalists Chamani said that they have petitioned Telangana Media Academy Chairman Allam Narayana to be recognized as journalist s. The media chairman also responded positively and said that those working in radio are participating in programs useful to the society. On this occasion, he said that apart from the announcem ent duty, they are also doing the OB activities outside. Therefore, radio commentators should be recognized as journalists. On this occasion, it was reminded that Akashavani was first established in electronic media. Honorary advisors of the association, Dr. Magdoom, Dr. Pasula Ellaiah, Vice-President Gade Shyam, Cultural Secretary Dr. Srinivas, and Publicity Secretary Sandela Kishora participated in the program.
