CII Education East Summit organized at Kolkata focusing on NEP 2020

Kolkata (4/1):On 3rd and 4th February 2023, CII organized Education East Summit 2023 at The Park Hotel, Kolkata. The Summit was addressed by leading experts and academicians from the education and academic fraternity. The event was inaugurated by Ms. Melinda Pavek, US Consul General in Kolkata, Consul General of France in Kolkata, Mr. Dadier Talpein, Ms. Bratati Bhattacharyya, Secretary General, Shiksayatan Foundation and Chairperson, CII Eastern Regional Education Subcommittee, Mr. Simarpreet Singh, Director, JIS Group and many more.
The event was also addressed by the Member of CII Eastern Region Education Subcomittee, Mr. Pradip Agarwal who is also the CEO, Heritage Group of Institutions among the others.
The two day master classes and conference proceedings concentrated on school education and higher education which was addresses by Dr. Shashank Shah, Director-Higher Education, Niti Aayog, Dr. Sapna Poti, Director, Strategic Alliances, Office of Principal Scientific Advisor to Government of India, Prof. G. Ravichandran, Founding Provost, Jio Institute, Prof. Ajoy Ray, Former Director, IIEST, Shibpur and many more.
