Block level remedial teacher training continues in packages to improve the level of children

. In order to improve the decline in the level of education in schools due to the global epidemic Corona in the last two sessions, a special campaign for remedial teacher training is being conducted by the School Education Department from the state level to the cluster level. In this episode, first of all, the master trainers trained in the capital Raipur at the state level have trained all the teachers of the development block at the district level in the past and now by giving remedial training to the teachers from different clusters at the development block level, they are studying in government schools. Under the guidance of Bakhala and Ramsa’s DM C Narendra Chowdhary, Assistant District Project Officer J.K. Rathore, Alok Swarnakar, Assistant District Project Officer, Holistic Education and under the guidance of BRCC Manoj Agarwal, the remedial teacher training camp is being organized at the cluster centers, Urdna, Jamgaon, Kotra and Jorapali, in which all the teachers associated with the different clusters of the concerned area. By joininSharing their experiences, discussion is going on with contemplation among them that how to treat school children who have become weak in academic level, so that government schools can be brought to a respectable position.
On 7th and 8th February, block level teacher training camp was held at different places of Raigarh development block, in which all secondary and high school/higher secondary level teachers belonging to the clusters of the concerned area reached and participated in the remedial teacher training. ADPO J.K. Rathore and Alok Swarnakar, APO of Samagra Shiksha, are reaching out to encourage the trainee teachers and motivate them by guiding them. Senior teacher D.P. ,Patel Nandeli, Kapil Chauhan Usraut, Mrs. Shyama Patel Kotra, Ghanshyam Sidar Bhatpur, Neelam Barwa Kachar also gave their statement regarding remedial education. In the second session of the training, the teachers discussed about special teaching by sitting in different subject-wise groups and thought to increase the understanding of the children’s subject and make their education level quality. Teacher Complex Coordinator CAC Vinod Singh Rajput, Rohit Patel, Tikaram Patel Saurabh Patel, Nisha Gautam, Ishwar Prasad Patel, Umashankar Patel, Yagya Kumar Patel had active and cooperative participation in the remedial training program held at Kotra Complex Center
