Opening song by students , Gurupujan by Chairman ,Introduction of Guests by Managing committee President was a part of the customary tradition of the celebration

The meeting was started with lightening of lamps by guests
Annual report was read by principal kajol kanti mahapatra

Sriram chandra Bhanj university PG Council chairman Prof Dr Pramod Kumar satpathy and Former Baripada college Principal Dr Tarun ojha and Maharishi public school Group chairman Dr Pabitra mohan samantaray and School managing committee president Sri pradeep kumar nayak were the Chief guest, chief speaker, Guest of honours on the occasion.
