Arson and vandalism by Miscreants inside Maharishi Public School playground in Nayapalli

On the afternoon of 23.2.23, a group of people assisted by jugal kishore Behera broke the fence and vandalized and set fire to the house , children’s play equipment and school sign board inside the playground of Maharshi Public School in Naapalli. On hearing the news, the secretary of the school, Mrs. Heena Mohapatra, reached there and asked those people to be out from the campus . Meanwhile Jugal Behera said that he had done it on the instructions of SDO R & B Jaydev Vihar Mr Panigrahi.
It is worth noting that since 2002-03 Maharshi Public School has been running at N-3, B-14/15, Nayapallu.
The adjoining playground is in the school premises and is used by the school students as a playground and storage house. Meanwhile Maharshi Public School has been shifted to N-4, F-24, Nayapalli before the outbreak of Corona. Even before the establishment of the school, this place has been occupied by the organization for more than 30 years and has been engaged in various social activities. They broke the fence and Destroyed the house, inside the playground and took away some children’s play equipment installed in the playground along with the sign board installed there.
school Secretary Mrs Mrs. Heena Mahapatra has lodged a complaint at Nayapalli police station, has requested IIC Nayapalli Sri Biswarranjan sahu to take strict action against the concerned persons after investigating the incident.
