Hanmakonda district collector Sikta Patnaik said that all the people should take advantage of the Kanti Velangu scheme introduced by the Telangana government. On Friday, he paid a surprise visit to the Kanti Velangu camp organized at the government community hall in Kazipet town Somidi UPH.
