Rights of students & Youths can’t be suppressed by using Police force

Lathi-charging the students and youth of Jharkhand, who are going to gherao the Vidhan Sabha for the demand of planning policy and local policy, is equivalent to suppressing their rights and rights through the police force, which cannot be tolerated.
Today, the Central Vice President of Adivasi Moolvasi Janadhikar Manch cum Central Convenor of Jharkhand Bachao Morcha, Vijay Shankar Nayak said these things in his response to the lathi charge on the students and youth
He said in clear words that lathi charge on a peaceful non-violent movement in a democracy is fatal for democracy and also an insult to the constitution of the country which will not be tolerated.
Mr. Nayak further said that the Hemant government is going back on the promises made to the people of Jharkhand before coming to power and it is unfortunate that even after 23 years of formation of the state, the local policy is not being implemented today. Planning policy should not be made Khatian based which is cheating with Jharkhandi society. If this policy continues, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, Congress and RJD will have to bear the consequences in the coming electionsHe said in clear words that as soon as possible Khatian-based planning policy, local policy should be implemented and young students of Jharkhand should be appointed by running a special recruitment campaign in all the posts lying vacant for years and at least 10 years in age. Mr. Nayak appealed to the students and young people not to give place to violence in their movements and to speed up their movement in a constitutional way so that they can get justice in future.
