Utkal Diwas celebrated by Utkalika ,Ranchi

On 1st April, Utkalika a sociocultural organisation in , Ranchi, celebrated the foundation day of Odisha state. On 1 April 1936, this state was established for the first time as a linguistic state in India. On this occasion, the children of Utkalika family presented a mesmerising cultural program. Through a play, the children gave a message to save the culture of the state of Odisha. Along with this, the children presented melodious tunes of Odia music on musical instruments, children performed dance and recited poetry in odia language. Childrens of Utkalika family exhibited paintings on this occasion.
Jharkhand’s distinguished social worker and eminent entrepreneur Mr. Ramesh Singh joined as the chief guest in this occasion. He spoke on the old relationship between Odisha and Jharkhand. He also expressed his feelings and devotion towards Lord Jagannath.
In this program Mrs. Meera Shahadeo, a renounced educationist of Ranchi and the founder of Springdale Group of schools, joined as the guest of honor. She praised people of Odisha working in Ranchi a lot.
On this occasion, the patrons of Bharat Jodo program in jharkhand, Bharatiya Janata Party’s Jharkhand Pradesh President- cum- Member of parliament Shri Deepak Prakash and State Organizing General Secretary Shri Karmaveer Singh explained about the concept of “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” appreciated Odia culture and traditions.
In this program, vice president of Utkalika Mr. Hemant Das introduced the guest and offered the welcome address., advisory member Dr. Muktikant Senapati explained about the brief history of Odisha. Secretary Dr. Ashok Acharya explained about the vision of Utkalika, Treasurer Mr. Prabhat Rath along with other members were present on this occasion. Mr. Debasish Pattanayak offered vote of thanks. Utkalika is a reputed Sociocultural Organization established in 2018 in Ranchi. This Utkal Diwas – Foundation day of Odisha State was celebrated at Audray House, Ranchi.
