Misuse of Power Or Ignorance about Rules & Regulations by District Administration!!

Recently, the Balangir District Administration demolished one costly & luxurious or Palatial Building which was situated at Industrial Estate, Balangir on IDCO Land. No doubt that the Person concerned who took it from IDCO, Balangir Division constructed a Palatial Building illegally or not obeying IDCO or Government Rules, Regulations and Guidelines. Here is a question mark that is there any provision for Demolition of any property which is not creating any obstacle for traffic & etc. Is it not misutilising of power ?. Is it not an ignorance of knowing government rules, regulations and guidelines. It is sure that prior to demolish the Palatial Building, it came to the Properties of the Government, so without demolishing, Government might have utilized for Government use like for Offices or government can sale to a right person for generating Revenue of Government. But , When a Palatial Building was demolished, it became Zero, it means that the District Administration of Balangir made Zero Rupee of that particular Palatial Building by demolishing it. Is it not a question mark for the sensitive and intellectual Citizens of India & Balangir District. Peoples feel that British Rule is going on, the reason is that we have borrowed our Constitution, it is nothing, but a copy of British Constitution. Just it has been simplified and the content is same or as it is. It needs badly changes, additions, deductions and ammendment. We need another Freedom and we need our Indian Constitution for Corruption Free India. One can not make the private or Government Properties into Zero. There is a substitution , alternation, changes, modification, rectification and etc. It is nothing but misutilising of power and National Properties as well as ignorance in education, knowledge, experience, observation, finding and not through in Government rules, regulations and guidelines. A high level impartial enquiry and discussion in this regards is needed badly or urgently for rectification in future.
