NIT Warangal inks two MoUs
Warangal (KCN):
National Institute of Technology have signed MoUs with Maharashtra Rural Road Development Agency, Pradhan Mantri Gramm Sadak Yojana, Pune and Nivritti Associates, Hyderabad this afternoon at NIT Warangal.
Prof. N. V. Ramana Rao, director, NIT Warangal and Mr. Sambhaji S. Mane, Chief Engineer from Maharastra Rural Road Development Agency, Pradhan Mantri Gramm Sadak Yojana signed and exchanged the MoU. Mr. Seetha Ramanjaneyulu, former Scientist at CSIR- Central Road Research Institute and currently advisor to MRRDA was also present. Under this agreement, NIT Warangal will offer training to their employees and consultancy for development of roads with special focus on climate resilient design.
Another MoU was signed with Nivritti Associates which offers corporate training and mentoring to several organizations. Prof. N. V. Ramana Rao, Director, NIT Warangal and Mr.Vishwanathan, Director, Nivritti Associates exchanged the MoUs. As part of the MoU, Nivriti will offer training programmes to the students of NIT Warangal.
Prof. C. S. R. K. Prasad, Advisor, Corporate Relations and Resource Mobilisation, Prof. N.V. Umamahesh, Dean, Academic, Prof. Somashekar, Dean Research and Consultancy, Prof. Ramana Murthy, Prof. Rama Devi, Mr. I. Ashok Kumar Reddy were present during the exchange of MoUs.
