The Western Odisha Rice Bowl has Zero Law & Orders. Previous, SP who transferred to Jharsugda was totally not serious and for this , particularly, there are Large Scale of Irregularities, Partiality, Harassment, Torchering ,Numbers of False Counter Cases and Unspeakable things going on in Town Police Station, Bargarh. Another Pettiness is that most of the direct IPS, SP totally and blindly depend on, support & give shelter and encouragement to most of the IIC of different Police Stations of their Jurisdiction. For that , the IIC & their Staffs are openly doing Dabangagiri and Gundagiri as well as they do extract , blackmail and they do lodge false, fabricated, borrowed, preplanned and baseless cases against the Innocents. They start Hitler Cruel Rules in their Areas.It is an another pettiness, disgracefulness and shameful ness that they are habituated in taking bribes in each & every cases which come to their Police Station. They are expert in doing irregularities and Partiality. It found in Town Police Station, Bargarh. There are lots of foreign liquors , country liquors & duplicate foreign liquors & country liquors are openly selling & available in open markets. But , shameful to say that the Police is giving shelter & encouragement as well as doing Partiality taking huge amounts of bribes.Total reformation, rectification and changes are badly in need in Bargarh Police System as Bargarh District is a peaceful District of Western Odisha. But due to zero law & orders situation, one Police Constable, few antisocial elements, blackmailer, corrupted Businessman , Contractors and etc are openly doing Dabangagiri and Gundagiri getting shelter and encouragement from the local Politicians and Administration. Going into the indepth, the sensitive and intellectual Citizens of Bargarh District are appealing and demanding before the Honorable Chief Minister of Odisha Sri Naveen Pattanaik Jee to have a personal look into this matter and do order for an impartial enquiry to find out the truth as well as for taking prompt action for the reformation of Bargarh Police System.
