Prof. G.P. Rajasekhar was the chief guest at the Mathematics of the Year 2023 award program and after lighting the lamp, he said . that keep the mental skills intact and that is the real mathematics.
SK Joshi said . that he is proud to participate in this program. Keep the mental skills intact and that is true mathematics. He said that mathematics is the oldest science and without mathematics the existence of other branches is unthinkable.It is said that all the scientific and technological progress achieved by modern man is largely dependent on mathematics, in which Indians have made an enormous contribution to mathematics. On this occasion, he reminded that ancient Indians were the pioneers of mathematics. Later, by the hands of the chief guest, Professor of Mathematics of IIT Kharagpur, G.P.Rajasekhar was presented with the mathematics of the year award.It is questioned whether the same process can be continued from mental faculties to mechanical ones He said that keeping the mental skills intact is the real mathematics and he said that he will always be proud that Indians are leading among them. Ponnala Foundation Chairman, Former Minister: Ponnala Lakshmaiah said that mathematics is universal. He said that almost all sciences are related to mathematics. Remember that there is mathematics in the rhythm of music.They want to work hard and increase knowledge as talent is not inherited by anyone. He said that he was a politician professionally but mentally he was a mathematician and said that he traveled miles and kilometers to school with the inspiration of the teachers. He said that he was passionate about mathematics and worked in many organizations such as NASA.On this occasion, he said that today’s generation is the future and they should be recognized in the field of mathematics. Mathematics is the language of science, the better you understand the language, the better you can communicate. Mathematics provides an opportunity to analyze reason and express it logically.
