The Apex Body of Working Journalists Association of India organised its General Body Meeting & One Seminar on Role of Journalists & Citizens of India in Nation Building at Vrindaban Hall, Civil Line, Raipur , Capital of Chhatishgarh State today on 01.05.2023 under the Chairmanship of Sunil Kumar Mishra, Sr.journalist, Philanthropist and Chairperson of Apex Body of Working Journalists Association of India.The Raipur Press Club President Damu Ambedare, Gobardhan Panigrahi, Writer & Peot,Vijaya Pandey, Sr.journalist, Smt.Nibedita Mishra, Senior Advocate & Legal Advisor of ABWJAI participated as Guest of Honors, Ram Prasad Baghel , Sr.journalist and Chhatishgarh State President of ABWJAI was the Chief Speaker in ithis valuable Meeting. Sunil Kumar Mishra, Chairperson of ABWJAI narrated vividly the aims & objects of the Apex Body of Working Journalists Association of India. He told that ABWJAI will keep all Journalists of India in One Platform & ABWJAI will appeal & demand before the Government for declaration of Journalists as the 4th Pillars of the Constitution in Pen & Papers with due Government Notification within 2024. No doubt that the Journalists are above the others three Pillars of the Constitution & we have an unique identity in the Society or in the Country. Journalists are the real Judge like Judiciary System of India as the Journalists find out the truth going into the indepth & give justice to the sufferers, poor, backward, innocent and the person who is getting harassment from the Government Machinery, Politicians and from any sectors & fields and also if anyone gets injustices forcibly, fabricatedly, falsely and pre-planningly , then the Journalists do fight for providing justices to the person concerned or sufferers. The Journalists should not fear , he should write or publish non controversial news basing on truth and transparent , wrong message should not reach to the Society as Newspaper is the Mirror of the Society. Journalists should be like Lord Shiba Jee, Krutibasa and Pitabasa. The time has come all Journalists must have to be united. The Raipur Press Club President Damu Ambedare told that now a days most of the Wave Channel puts confusion, delusion and illusion to the public giving decisions ironically and forcibly. No doubt that the Print Media is a Permanent one & have certain identity in the Country or Society. Senior Journalist, Babula Sharma who was the Editor of the Amrit Sandesh told that today gathering is of the sensitive and intellectual personalities.No doubt that to declare Journalists as the Fourth Pillars of the Constitution is difficult, but we all should try joining hand with each others and we will pressure & request the Government for taking immediate decision in this regards. The Buerocrates, Politicians and Judiciary or the rest three Pillars of the Constitution speaks from their leaps to satisfy the Journalists, but practically, the Citizens of India treat Journalists as the Fourth Pillars of the Constitution as when the Government Machinery harass them & when they get injustices, they tell to the Journalists & Journalists fight for them and bring justice to the sufferers.Dr.Debadutta Prusty , Assistant Professor in Law , Government Chhatishgarh College narrated briefly about Law for Press & Media and all Journalists should read this Book. Ram Prasad Baghel expressed his experiences that how the Village Level Journalists face problems vividly & he told that time has come , the real Journalist will come & all so called Journalists will be exposed & will filter.The Politicians who may be MLA, MP, Ministers, Chief Minister, Prime Minister as well as the Buerocrates fear to the So Called Journalists & they are giving more importance, encouragement and shelter.Maheswar Sethi , National Organising Secretary coordinated the GB Meeting & the Seminar. Shriya Mishra, Physiologist gave vote of thanks. In the Seminar, all participants expressed that not only the Journalists, but also the entire Citizens of India have a certain Role in Nation Building. Dr. Abraham Sharma, Sita Singh, Journalist Sathi Biswas, Sr.journalist, Bansidhar Muduli, Susanta Kumar Dash, Ardhendu Sarkar, Jayashankar Pattanaik, Deepak Pandey , Photo Journalist, Navabharat , Hindi Daily Newspaper, Kabita Banjare ,Senior Advocate, Umakanta Mishra, Jogesh Tiwari, Hemanta Yadav, Avdeshdhar Diwan, Rajesh Tellewar , Omprakash Agrawal, Krishna Kanta Verma, Sashikanta Sharma, Priti Singh,Harleen Kour ,Bharat Sahu, Journalist, Komal Ratore ,Mahaveer Sinha and more to fifty numbers of Senior Journalists across India were Participated in this General Body Meeting of ABWJAI.The National Organising Secretary expressed that next General Body Meeting will be organized at Hyderabad & prior to that one Mega Get Together Meeting of ABWJAI will be organized at Hotel Mayfair, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.Most of the Senior Journalists told that our ABWJAI should not call or Invite , even if the Prime Minister,Governors,Chief Ministers , Ministers, MLA, MPs & any Political Persons who may be from any Political Parties.Murali Behera, Advocate & Joint National Organising Secretary personally invited all Seniors Journalists who were present today to come Bhubaneswar, Odisha for taking blessing of Lord Jaganath
