Service to Mankind is Service to God which is known to all, but most of the Peoples are not adopting & not abiding it. But , a Young , Energetic, Dynamic, Helping , Cooperative , Work Minded & Result Oriended OAS, Junior Stream or Branch Binod Kumar Behera who is now working as Deputy Commissioner in Berhampur Municipal Corporation, Berhampur has dedicatedly adopted & he is abiding the Service to Mankind is Service to God without neglecting his Goverment Duty which has given to him.He is always active , prompt & very much particular in his duty , work & word. He pays regards to his all Seniors Officers, Staffs & he gives proper behaviour to junior to seniors , he is totally obedient , dedicated & particular in his duty , not only in Goverment duty, but also in each & every fields & sectors. He is not only a strength of Odisha State , but also for the Nation.He renders service dedicatedly sacrificing his life during Covid 2019 period. He services foods & clothes to the dastitute male & women & several observatins are there. He suffers 3 times Covid positive & he was in also ICU, inspite of that he always provides helping to the needy persons of the Society. Recently, he felicitated by the Hon’ble Governor of Odisha for his rendering service to human being during Covid – 19 as well as a good administrator at Utkal Mandap which was organised by Kalanjali Trust during their two Days Folk Festival .He has also got different awards from different organisations & also from District Administration.In this auspicious occaison , Ex MP & Planning Board Member Sri Prashana Patasani, Dr Amar Pattanaik , Hon’ble MP, Rajya Sabha & Sri Aswini Kumar Patra , Hon’ble Minister , Odia & Language, Literature , Tourism & Culture & Excise of Goverment of Odisha were present as Guest of Honors .
