HKGNSWC aims to Foster unity & amity

Sambalpur 17.05 (KCN)Hazarat Khawaja Garib Nawaz Social Welfare Committee aims to foster unity and amity among different communities as visioned by Freedom Struggle every year organises Haj-Milan cum Felicitation cum training Program for pilgrims from undivided Sambalpur District who set on for Haj Piligrimage held in Mecca-Madina ( Saudi Arabia) during June. This year about 37 pilgrims including 14 women have have been felicitated by said Committee out of which 33 ( SBP-27, Rengali-02, BGH-01) have been registered through Haj Committee of India & 4 are joining on their own arrangement. All the pilgrims during Haj will pray for cohesion, peace, love, compassion, fraternity in our historic city, our state & Nation.
Imams of all 11 mosques & Ex-Hazis participated in the said program as guests. The chief guest of the function first session held in forenoon was revered poet-Shayar who is known Pan India Al Haj Habibur Rahman from Rajgangpur gracing the occasion. Guests of Honour sharing the dias
Are Mohd Kasim Raza Naimi, Imam Paltan Masjid, Sambalpur, Mohd Ashique Raza, Imam Sadar Masjid, Sambalpur Aasif Raza, young spiritual activist addressed the said session. The presence of sizable no of women was praise worthy. They vowed to pray for the piece of Our city, State & Nation.

who graced the occasion in post noon session were Prof Aditya Prasad Padhee, former Vice Chancellor Berhampur University, Rajendra Panda, Educationist Sureshwar Mishra, President Dist Bar Association, Siba Nanda, Sr Journalist, Saroj Mohanty, Farmer leader,
Harish Chandra Deep, Ambedkerite & Md Nizam, Journalist, Bargah graced the dias.
They all opined over glorious heritage of composite culture of our Sambalpur, to follow real vashudhaiva Kutumkam in action, mutual respect for each other’s faith & to follow the path of peace, love, truth, compassion & fraternity.

  The organisers who played a role in success of this program Md Safi, President, Wase Mallick, Secretary, Mohd Hanif, Mohd Sagir, Wakil Khan, Wasim Nathani, Mahesh Sayta, Alauddin Siddiqui. At last vote of thanks was put forth by Wase Mallick, Secretary of the said commitee.
