Rajiv Gandhi Students Forum & Rajiv Gandhi Study Circle jointly observed Rajiv Gandhi 32nd Death Anniversary, State Level Rajiv Gandhi Prativa Puraskar — 2023 at Jayadev Bhawan, Bhubaneswar. The Programme organized by under the leadership of ORGSF State President Satyabrata Nayak. In this function The Chief Guest of the function Sarat Pattnaik, President Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee in his speech told the audience that Rajiv Gandhi was always working for eradication of poor of the Country. Dr. Rama Chandra Khuntia Ex-M.P told in his speech that in 20. Ex- President OPCC Prasad Harichandan told in his speech that Rajiv Gandhi has reduced the age from 21 years to 18 years for voting rights of the citizens. Niranjan Patnaik, Ex-President OPCC told that Rajiv Gandhi believe in peace nonviolence and truth and called upon to the youth to follow it.
