Bluff commitment of Govt. to Vocational Trainers in Odisha, after 5times strike in last one year.

Odisha Vocational trainers’association’s strike at Lower pmg in Day 4 with Demand like no Private Company at 5T schools and Job Security for Vocational trainers , Equal salary for equal Work ( Uniform salary structure for all Vocational Trainers) & Maternity leave for female trainer also statutory facilities to them , Vocational education is implementing in various High & Higher secondary school in odisha from 2016 to agenda of making students skillful and strengthen them to not dependent on job Rather creation of job by vocational knowledge and skills. There are 10 subject/ trade in class IX & X with 100 marks students can take any one subject instead of Hindi or Sanskrit . The Students of vocational subject are performing very good in mark scoring. There are totally 2122 vocational Trainers working under Private Company officially Called Vocational Trainer Provider ( VTP ) in various Govt. Schools of Odisha . Speculative topic is there are no Job Security , no maternity leave no transfer policy and Vocational Trainers Under NSQF 1922 vocational Trainers are getting only 20,050 and 200 Vocational trainers Under Start Project crediting 15050 not regularly in every month , Where Vocational trainers who are tirelessly working to making students skillful on the agenda of Government to reduce job problem and making youth self – dependent by this vocational skill, there are 22 vtp are given responsibility to mobilize vocational Trainer in govt school by giving them 15% monetary profits . It’s very sad to penning that nearly 10 VTP from these 22 are not eligible and banned in other states and non performing. Also 15 VTP From them has no office in Odisha and some are managing from other states and some are control from residence of their project manager. In last 3 year No VTP has provided Training to Vocational trainer , Many VCs are not visiting to school by destroying the agreement of OSEPA with them . Vocational Trainers are deploying to teach others subject like Odia , History , Geography , Sports, etc and VTP Staff are forcing Vocational trainers to make false guest lecturer and industry visit the program is the backbone of the Vocational Education by which main aim of vocational education is misleading at some school level due to proper rule of Govt level and absence of duty of VTP . Wondrous is on which parameters VTP ( private company) are choosing Vocational Trainers for Government High Schools ( 5T ) . With interference of private company corruption are made . adding VTP are inactive to giving statuary part like EPF ESI etc .Some Problem occurs at the time of evaluation at Board of secondary education odisha, Cuttack because it is the only place where all odisha vocational subject paper are evaluating with no proper monitoring guide personal. It need at least 4 centre like Sambalpur, Cuttuck, Ganjam & Mayurbhanj in odisha by which all paper can be properly check and avoid problems . Vocational Trainers’association is demanding Infront of State assembly Without stability like Job Security and facilitating to Vocational trainer and removing Private Company, VTPs arbitrary it’s very difficult to make students skillful . Surprisingly there are only one programmer for 2122 vts in Odisha School Education programe authority ( OSEPA) vocational wings so that many difficulties arises at Government level for good management of Vocational education so that it’s Aim is not hampered
