The Binjal Samaj ( Adibasi ) members under the Chairmanship of their President Sri Chandra Sekhar Bag called a sensitive meeting infront of their Esta or Kula Devi Maa Bindhabasini at Devasthan Lord Harishankar on the occaision of auspicious Deba Snanna Purnima of Lord Jaganath & same as Lord Harishankar. They have requested & have given a request letter to the Sub Collector & Executive Officer , Endowment of Patanagarh Subdivision , Dr.Bijayananda Sethi, OAS I ( SB) for the development of the Harishankar Temple , the beautification of the Lord Harishankar Temple premises should be taken proper care of as thousands of devotees are coming daily to get blessing of Lord Harishankar & to refrain their sins taking bath in the sacred fountain of Harishankar which is flowing adjacent to the Temple. It looks such a beautifull which gives lots of peace & pleasureness. The Samaj demands that the Temples like Maa Samaleswari & others Temples which are near by the Maa Bindhabasini should be renovated properly & the Car Parking Stands which is near by the Bindhabasini Temple should be shifted to others suitable place, so that , there will not be jam & rushed of devotees .The Samaj main demand is that as per Goverment rules, regulations & guidelines for the Adibasi , the ROR of 56 decimils areas land which is near by the Bindhabasini Temple should be given to the name of Binjal Samaj & Dal Samaj of Harishankar of Balangir District. There shoul not be constructed any shoping Stalls or Shops & Cooking House or Rosei Sala & the areas should be kept in open spaces & it should be made further beautification for attracting the devotees as they are coming from different places of India to get blessing of Lord Harishankar . More to 30 nos of members of Binjal Samaj & Dal Samaj were present
