He further said that Jharkhand Bachao Morcha says that there is a mandatory provision for registration under (Clinical Establishment Act) for the operation of any private hospital nursing home in the state as well as renewal of license after every one year. But there are many private companies in the stateHospitals and Nursing Homes (Clinical Establishment Act) are being run without registration and are doing the work of looting the hard earned money of the public and the Ministers and officials of the Health Department are sleeping like Kumbhkaran by tying blindfolds like Dhritarashtra. The poor people of the state are sleeping iNot right forMr. Nayak further said that Jharkhand Bachao Morcha says that under this (Clinical Establishment Act) this provision has also been given compulsorily, along with the facilities provided in all private hospitals and nursing homes and instructions have also been given to fix their rates. Mr. Nayak further said that the Jharkhand Bachao Morcha also believes that the responsibility of monitoring (Clinical Establishment Act) and registration is with the civil surgeons of all the districts, but the state civil surgeons are not monitoring the day hospitals and nursing homes. Collecting a hefty amount every monthBy giving a free hand to the hospitals for economic exploitation, the work has been done to leave the public at the mercy of these hospital managers to loot them. This is not a good sign for the people of Jharkhand. They have requested the Health Minister and the Principal Secretary of the Health Department to take this important matter seriously and take a concrete initiative in this direction, otherwise they will protest against the Minister and the Health Department.
