Vocational Trainers call for save vocational education.

All Odisha vocational trainers Association to day gathered at their tent which is at the dharana place of lower PMG of Mahatma Gandhi Marg in front of Vidhansabha to discuss the future course of action.The Vocational Trainers Association has been continuing their strike since 53 days to fulfill their demands and to save the vocational education in Odisha. But the State Government has not taken any step to realise the problems facing both the education system and the trainers.Due to the complete negligence of the Government the vocational trainers association today held an important discussion under the leadership of the president Sunil Kumar Debata. After the discussion the association expressed deep anxiety about the irresponsiblity of the government towards the vocational education and the trainers engaged to carryout to handeled the course. The association alleged that the vocational trainers are not appointed by the government, but to appointed by the various non odia companies those have no offices anywhere in Odisha and have no connection in educational system. They are not recognized the letter issued by the OSEPA and have no contact address or telephone numbers. The trainers are feeling uneasy when they try to link the companies with the problems of conducting examination, problems of courses and the problems facing by the trainers during the service. The trainers are harassed regularly by the appointee companies at the time of appointment of trainers and terminate the service of trainers without any notice. During the past few days more than 9 trainers are loose their sevices by the indiscriminate discission taken by the companies. In every point the companies taking and demanding bribe for appointment of trainers and reappoint the retrainched trainers. For the some disappointed reasons like pay equal salary for equal work, appoint trainers by the government, the association decided to organise a mass raly and dharana on 24th july to put pressure over the government and to save the vocational courses in odisha for the better future of the vocational students of Odisha.
