Agreement between OSEPA & VTP collapsed.

The State Government has signed several agreement regarding the properly handled of vocational studies like appointment of Vocational Trainers in various schools and Carry out the vocational education smoothly. In this regard the government has issued two letters. One is letter no 10160,dt 12.08.22 to all appointee companies to conduct the teaching process of vocational education in every 5t schools in Odisha. In this letter the Government has directed to all companies to diposit the monthly salary to the trainers account in 1st day of every month and allow maternity leave with full payment to all lady trainers whenever required .The second letter no 5525 dt. 9.5.22 issued by the Government for advance payment to guest lecturers as well as industrial visits.But the companies like Bhagini Nibedita, Amass Skils, Assensive, Times Pro, Centurn, Learnnet are totally ignored the government interest as well as look after the interest of vocational students, trainers etc. The root cause of the situation is that the companies those have no idea about the education of vocational courses and teaching pattern run by odisa government have taking responsiblity to conduct vocational study system. Even if the companies are not opening their offices in orissa to communicate with OSEPA and vice versa when situation arises. On the other hand the companies always indulges in business mindset to get profit and violate all types of rules regulation indicated by OSEPA. This brings the great problem form holy educational environment in every 5t schools in Orissa. The Government has ordered to appoint a State Head to look after over all ongoing projects, to launch own office of respected companies but the companies are not bothering any instruction of government. The comanies on the other hand producing false bills to government showing that they spent money to regulate all activities with letter and spirit issued by the government and received more than one crore rupees from government exchequers on which the government tolerate very loss every year and the future of the students going to darkness. Recent past the companies had dismissed 9 vocational trainers services without any knowledge of OSEPA and the dismissed trainers even if the incident psss more than 45days. Like this the activity of the companies and repeatedly avoid of government instructions the future of vocational course, vovational studies and the students remain dark and uncertain. The govetnment should take necessary appropriate steps to recover the entire vocational study system for the better future of the state and fulfill the intrrest of the students and trainers.
