Passage of Local Reservation Bills by Jharkhand Government hailed by Vijay shankar nayak

The passage of local policy, planning policy and reservation policy from the house by voice vote proved to be a historic day for Jharkhandi Dalit tribal indigenous society and today will be written on golden letters in the history of Jharkhand.

Shri Nayak further said that both the bills passed by the Central Government of the Bharatiya Janata Party, which are connected with the basic soul of the people of Jharkhand, are connected with their sentiments, making both those bills as laws of the Central Government and putting them in the Ninth Schedule without delay. Shri Nayak further said that the Hemant Soren-led government on Friday passed two bills containing historic decisions from the Jharkhand Assembly by voice vote. Now the basis of locality in the state will be the 1932 Khatian or earlier survey. The jobs of class III and IV in the state government will be reserved only for the descendants of the people who were involved in the Khatian or earlier survey of 1932. Similarly, OBC reservation will be increased from 14 to 27 percent. A total of 77 percent reservation will be applicable in the state. The assembly has also passed a resolution to include both these bills in the Ninth Schedule of the Constitution, which is a welcome historical step, for which the praise is less.
Mr. Nayak further said that after passing both these bills will be sent to the Center. These will take the form of law only after the approval of the Centre. Both the Bills will take the form of law only after they are included in the Ninth Schedule by the Centre. Explain that the laws included in the Ninth Schedule cannot be challenged in the court.
