SGT University Organises Hindi Pakhwada Samaroh ‘Kavya Kalash’

Centre for Language and Communication, FMMT of SGT University organized Hindi Pakhwada Samaroh – 2023 ‘Kavya Kalash’ at the TV Studio, SGT University, Gurugram. On this occasion, renowned poet and songwriter Mr. Pramod Mishra Nirmal and Dr Ved Mitra Shukla, Associate Professor, Rajdhani College (University of Delhi) were invited as chief guests. The program started with lamp lighting by esteemed guests and Dr Sarju Devi, HOD CLC, Dr. Sam Raj Nesamoney Professor CLC, Dr. Anupam Kumar, Assit. Prof. CLC, Dr. Vineet Kumar, Assit. Prof. CLC, and the faculty of FMMT. The guests were introduced by Sonali and Priyanshu of 2nd year CLC.
The program began with the participation and the enthusiasm of the students and the teachers, who awed audiences all by their creative writing and poetry. Among them, Sonali of 2nd year CLC, who talked about life and our ambitions, Khushpreet of BA English Hons 1st year, who talked about the beauty of love in her poem, Arpita, Isha Teji ma’am, Assistant Professor FMMT, Dr Mohmmad Asim, and Sudhir Mishra showcased their talent of wonderful Hindi poem reciting that cannot be compared.
During the session, Dr. Sarika Thakar, Dean of FMMT, said warm words to the guests and the students. She said the students would learn a lot from the esteemed guests and hoist the flag of Hindi language on the national level. She appreciated the efforts of the faculty in organising the program.
Dr Ved Mitra Shukla congratulated the faculty for the program and recited many Hindi poems which had no match. Then, the students and teachers had the opportunity to listen to Mr. Pramod Mishra Nirmal and his songs about love in today’s world and the women’s point of view towards love and life.
At the end vote of thanks was rendered by Dr Sarju Devi. The program was successfully conducted by Dr. Anupam Kumar.
