Care Needy Foundation’s Wellness Conclave organized, speakers gave tips to stay happy

Wellness Conclave on Personality and Mentalz Health was organized at Constitution Club of India, Rafi Marg, New Delhi under the aegis of Care Needy Foundation.
At the Wellness Conclave, ISKCON’s renowned speaker Amogh Leela Das said that we should never be satisfied with knowledge, meditation and donations. He said that only if we remain happy we will be able to bring happiness in someone’s life.
Prateek Trivedi said that we have to identify ourselves and create our identity easily. Stress and Self-Care Padmashree Pandey and Rajshree Singh said that adaptive and positive behavior has the potential to enable humans to effectively deal with the demands and challenges of life.
Ankit Kumar, founder of Care Needy Foundation, first honored all the chief guests by wearing the patka. Expressed gratitude to the chief guests of the program Rajesh Sethia, Amitosh Singh, Anita Mehta, Ashok Kumar Aggarwal, Dinesh Kadpal.
