Scope of Tax Practice is Bright for new lawyers”
The scope of practice as a tax lawyer is broadening and very rewarding for practising by budding lawyers , advised Advocate Narayan Jain while talking to students of National University of Study & Research in Law, Ranchi on sidelines of a Tax Conference at Ranchi. It was organised by All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (East Zone) jointly with Jharkhand Income Tax Bar Assn and Jharkhand Commercial Taxes Bar Assn. Jain presented to the National University Lecturers Dr Julian Seal Pasari, Dr Mausam and its law students, the book “How to Handle Income Tax Problems” written by Narayan Jain and CA Dilip Loyalka.
The Governor of Jharkhand Shri Ramesh Bais inaugurated the Conference and appreciated the role of tax associations in spreading the knowledge on taxation. Mrs Justice Anubha Rawat Choudhary of Jharkhand High Court also graced the occasion as Guest of Honour. Main Speakers were Shri Bimal Jain on GST, Shri Tarun Gulati and Shri Kishore Kunal on Impact of ED and Benami Property Act.
Anand Pasari, Sandeep Garodia, Subrato Das Gupta, CA Jamuna Shukla, Sanjeev Kumar Anwar, Smit Saurabh, HL Patel, Vivek Agarwal, MD Kedia, Debashish De, Zafar Iqbal, BP Sinha, Jyoti Poddar, Devesh Poddar, Amrita Sinha, Girdhar Dhelia, Basudeo Chatterjee, RK Mishra, Ranjit Padhi and other members made commendable efforts to make the programme success.
