Loyala School, Kalinganagar celebrates 1st Annual Parents Nite
Kalinganagar: Loyola School, Kalinganagar organized its 1st Parents Nite on 10th December, 2022.
The occasion was graced by Er. Pritiranjan Gharai, Honorable Minister of Rural Development, Skill Development &
Technical Education, Government of Odisha as Chief Guest along with Ms. Usha Rani Samal, General Secretary, Mahila
Biju Janata Dal, Jajpur as the special guest.
Among others present on the occasion were Mr. Rakesh Pathak, Associate Vice President HR & IR, Jindal Stainless Steel
and Mr. Amitava Mukherjee, Head Administration, Tata Steel.
The event was an assemblage of colorful cultural performances by students from LKG till class 9th/10th and concluded
with the prize distribution for all the winners for the different competitions held in the past academic months.
Performances were precisely crafted and were highly appreciated by the guest and a large audience. Guests from Loyola
School, Bhubaneshwar, St. Mary’s School Jajpur, and also the parents and grandparents of students were invited to
witness the colorful evening.
Addressing the audience, Shri. Gharai expressed his gratitude to the school management and Tata Steel for setting up
such a good education infrastructure in a serene and education friendly environment. He also shared the struggle for
developing this area as a manufacturing and employment hub. He encouraged and commended the students and the
management for putting up such a magical show. Father Jaison Joshua, Principal of Loyola School expressed his
gratitude to all the esteemed guests for their presence and congratulated the teachers and students on the success of
the program.
