The BC Vidyarthi and Yuvajanula Poru Yatra, which is going on from December 2 to January 8 in 33 districts from Pala muru to Patnam, reached Hanmakonda district today. It was presided over by Nagaraju. Jajula Srini Vas Goud, nationa l president of BC Welfare Association, who was the chief guest for this event, said that the rulers should stop discrimi nating against the BCs, who constitute 60% of the population, and allowed priva te universities in the state to commerci alize education. If the state government does not cancel the private universities, SC, ST, He said that we will use the vote of all the minority of BC as a weapon and teach this government. He said that the situation of having to fight on the road for fee reimbursement in Telangana,whi ch has prepared with the sacrifices of the students, is atrocious. MLAs are increasing the salaries of ministers and chief ministers and asked why they are not increasing the scholarships of stude nts in the hostel teachers. He asked them to think that BC and SCST minoriti es are unfit to take power. State Working President of BC Welfare Association Bairi Ravi Kishta said that they deman ded to provide reservation to BCs whose population is 60 percent according to population Tama Shah.Vadlakonda Ven ugopal Goud, President of BC Wel fare Association, Warangal Ummadi district, Tadi Mallaya Yadav, State Vice President of BC Welfare Association, participated in this programme.
