Maheshwari Sena Sambalpur Celebrates Gundikhai Bhetghat & Basant Mahotsav

Sambalpur, (KCN): Maheshwari Sena Sambalpur organized a grand Gundikhai Bhetghat and Basant Mahotsav on Sunday at the Odisha Cultural Society Hall. The event held in collaboration with 50 houses of the Khadura society was conducted under the invocation of Sanat Sahu.The programme was graced by several distinguished personalities with Tahalu Sahu (Jharsuguda) attending as the Chief Guest and Kishor Sahu (Sambalpur) as the Chief Speaker. Other prominent guests included Pushparaj Patra, Tarachanda Patra, Sitaram Patra, Chaitanya Patra, Jagabandhu Sahu, Radheshyam Sahu, Toparaj Sahu, Pallavi Sahu, Parsuram Patra, Triphula Patra and Satat Patra.Presiding over the gathering was Gokulananda Patra while Bibhudatta Sahu efficiently coordinated the proceedings. A key highlight of the event was the insightful address by Public Voice Editor, Gopinath Sahu who shed light on the ways to achieve progress and upliftment of society.The event also witnessed a cultural extravaganza featuring poetry recitals and musical performances adding a festive charm to the occasion. A moment of pride for the gathering was the felicitation of Krishna Sahu who was honoured with the prestigious National Honorary Award for his contributions.The event successfully fostered unity, cultural appreciation and a vision for social progress marking a memorable celebration for the community.
