Culprits of Rubika Pahadin should be hanged till death

Hemant Soren government should take all necessary legal steps so that the culprits of Rubika Pahadin murder case of Sahibganj should not be given less than death sentence.

The above things were said today by Central President of Jharkhandi Information Rights Forum, Central Vice President of Adivasi Moolvasi Janadhikar Manch, former candidate of Hatia Assembly Constituency, Vijay Shankar Nayak. He further said that the most gruesome first murder case for the state of Jharkhand was carried out in the sacks of Sahibganj, Jharkhand, on the lines of the well-known Shraddha murder case of Delhi. The police and the government should make such arrangements for all the culprits who killed Rabika Pahadin and cut her body into 50 pieces, so that the culprits are forced to think not a thousand but a million times before carrying out such painful and gruesome incidents.
Mr. Nayak further said that in Santhal Pargana area, one by one gruesome and painful incidents, atrocities and painful murders on women have been increasing a lot for the past few days which is a matter of concern for the society and the state. He also said that even before this, many incidents have happened in the said areas, before this the incident of burning a girl student alive by pouring petrol is also included. That such criminals should be ensured the harshest punishmentSo that such criminals are forced to think again and again before committing any incident.Mr. Nayak further said that the incidents of atrocities on women in the state of Jharkhand, especially the incidents of murder, rape, atrocities and inhuman behavior on Dalit tribal women, are continuously increasing. Mr. Nayak further said that taking cognizance of all the incidents of atrocities, murder, rape related to women, all these cases should be heard in fast track and a dead line should also be drawn that in any case, hearing or punishment should not exceed 6 months.
