ECoR GENERAL MANAGER INSPECTED BHUBANESWAR RAILWAY STATION AND REVIEWED REDEVELOPMENT WORK:

East Coast Railway General Manager Shri Roop Narayan Sunkar has inspected Bhubaneswar Railway Station, today and reviewed the Redevelopment Work. During the inspection, Shri Sunkar stressed on the need and significance of facilities provided to the passengers.

Focusing the development of work, Shri Sunkar informed that, this Station is a part of the vision of the Hon’ble Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw Ji to create modern infrastructural facilities and amenities for the railway passengers throughout India. Redevelopment of Bhubaneswar Railway Station is very important project as this project is being monitored by Hon’ble Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw Ji. Shri Vaishnaw has also stressed upon early completion and execution of work, added Shri Sunkar.  

Shri Sunkar also inspected the circulating areas, concourse, Platforms and other important works related to the infrastructural development which is much needed for the comfort of passengers. Apart from this, the Site Office made for looking after the daily works of the project, Station Cleanliness, passenger amenities were also inspected and stressed upon.

Divisional Railway Manager Khurda Road  Shri Rinkesh Roy along with Senior officials from ECoR HQs and Khurda Road Division were present during the inspection.
