Bhubaneswar: Highlighting the importance of agriculture in Odisha’s economy, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Wednesday said the state government is giving top priority to water security and irrigation expansion.Addressing the valedictory session of a departmental summit organised by the Union Jal Shakti Ministry in New Delhi, the Chief Minister said Rs 54,000 crore worth of water infrastructure work has been sanctioned in the state in the last two years.
