Bhubaneswar: Senior IPS officer Susanta Kumar Nath, who has been removed from the post of Director General (DG) of Prisons after a case of sexual harassment was filed against him, has approached the Orissa High Court for relief.The state government on Sunday appointed the 59-year-old Nath as an officer on special duty (OSD) in the Home Department.As per reports, the 1993-batch IPS officer has urged the Orissa HC to take necessary steps to quash the police case against him. He also sought legal protection.
