Bhubaneswar: Another low-pressure area is likely to form over the Bay of Bengal off the south Odisha and adjoining north Andhra Pradesh coasts in the second week of September, meteorologists said on Friday.According to the India Meteorological Department’s (IMD) extended-range outlook for cyclogenesis, an upper-air cyclonic circulation is expected to develop over the west-central and adjoining northwest Bay of Bengal around September 9. The system is expected to form off the south Odisha and adjoining north Andhra Pradesh coasts.
