Bhubaneswar: Odisha has 13,79,424 unemployed people, who have registered themselves with different District Skill Development-cum-Employment offices in the state by May 31 this year.Sharing this information while answering a question in the Assembly on Friday, Skill Development and Technical Education Minister Samapd Chandra Swain said 1,43,437 of the registered people are diploma and degree holders (technical and nontechnical).
