Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has extended the deadline for submission of the online applications for the ‘Bidesh Sikhyabruti’ by 18 days, allowing eligible aspirants to apply till September 18.Earlier, the last date for applying for the scholarship was August 31. Now, prospective students can apply for the scholarship scheme through the designated online portal – scholarship.odisha.gov.in till September 18.The last date for submission of online application for ‘Bidesh Sikhyabruti’ through the OSS Portal has been extended from 01.09.2026 to 18.09.2026,” a notification issued by the Higher Education Department said.
