Kendujhar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Thursday inaugurated and laid foundation stones for development projects worth over Rs 1,500 crore in Keonjhar district, with a focus on healthcare, education and infrastructure.Officials said the new projects, launched by Majhi on the second day of his visit to his home district, will go a long way in strengthening healthcare and higher education while creating opportunities for economic growth in the district.The Chief Minister inaugurated an academic building and a hostel at the southern campus of Dharanidhar University. He also performed the groundbreaking ceremony for a new academic building, hostel, administrative building and the School of Emerging Sciences.
